Arson possible cause in suspicious OKC school fire
OKLAHOMA CITY – Crews are investigating a second suspicious fire at an abandoned Oklahoma City school.
Wednesday evening firefighters were called to the Gateway Academy building near Britton and Shartel.
Crews were able to get the flames under control.
The old elementary school is not being used and officials said the utilities have been turned off.
Arson investigators are now on the case.
Fire crews put out another fire at the Gateway Academy earlier this month.
Witnesses said they saw people running from that scene.
That fire is also considered “suspicious.”
