‘Swing from the Heart’ with Brandon Weeden
EDMOND, OK — Go golfing for a good cause. Join Brandon Weeden and take part in his “Swing From The Heart Golf Challenge” at Oak Tree National in Edmond.
Brandon and his wife, Melanie, have witnessed firsthand the challenges for children in need of cardiac care and the impact it can have on their families. Despite the tremendous resources available at The Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center, many pediatric cardiac patients have to leave the state to receive necessary medical procedures.
All though it is impossible to eliminate the need for such services, the Weedens believe it is possible to make access to these services much more manageable. With this in mind, the Weedens have committed to raising the funds to endow a full-time cardiac specialist position at Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center.
Through personal resources and fundraising efforts, the Weedens hope to make this dream a reality in the very near future.
We hope that you will consider joining Team Weeden and Swing from the Heart as the Weedens host the second annual Swing from the Heart Annual Golf Challenge to be hosted at the prestigious Oak Tree National in Edmond, Oklahoma on July 7th and 8th, 2013.
Space is limited in this year’s event and promises to sell out quickly! Please contact the Tournament Director, Patrick Siver today by email here or by phone at 503-807-0960 to reserve your place on Team Weeden and to answer any questions.
