OKC police chase ends with discovery of drug paraphernalia
OKLAHOMA CITY – A routine traffic stop near I-35 and 10th St. turned into a 10-minute chase through OKC streets overnight.
The driver went through residential streets and highways.
The chase reached speeds of 70 miles per hour with the driver running several red lights and had a few close calls with other vehicles.
The driver eventually pulled over near N.E. 10th St. and Air Depot Rd. at a gas station.
Police said they found drug paraphernalia in the car.
Authorities have not said what charges the suspect will be facing.
