If you are thinking about skipping breakfast on your way to work, you may want to think twice.

Doctors say the most important meal of the day could keep you from having a heart attack.

According to a new study from Harvard University, men who skip breakfast have a 27 percent increased risk for heart attack.

It also increases your chances of death from heart disease, compared to men who start the day with a healthy meal.

Men who skipped breakfast were also more likely to smoke, be less physically active and drink more alcohol.
