Okla. celebrating sales tax holiday Aug. 2 – Aug. 4

OKLAHOMA CITY – Planning back-to-school shopping? You can save a little extra green if you go Aug. 2 to Aug. 4 during Oklahoma’s sales tax holiday.

Clothing and shoes $100 or less will be exempt from sales tax.

Many stores throw in their own discounts as well.

Many of the malls are extending their hours for the sales tax holiday.

Penn Square Mall:
Friday – Saturday: 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Quail Springs Mall:
Friday – Saturday: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Sooner Mall:
Friday – Saturday: 9 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
