Thunder rookie visits Moore first responders
MOORE, Okla.- A rookie with the Oklahoma City Thunder is set to help the team on the court but is also showing his respect for victims of the recent tornado outbreak.
Andre Roberson met with the first responders of the Moore Fire Department Friday afternoon.
He rode with them to view some of the areas that were most affected by the May 20 tornado.
He is the most recent Thunder player to visit the damage.
Shortly after the storms swept through, many of the players visited victims.
Roberson was recently drafted from the University of Colorado.
