HOT SPRINGS, Ark. -- Sheriff's deputies are still searching for an escaped inmate. Derrick Estell, 33, escaped from the Garland County Detention Center around 1:30 Sunday afternoon.

Authorities say he escaped through jail services window.

While they're still looking for Estell, another man, William Harding, 58, has been arrested for allegedly assisting in the escape. Investigators are following up on leads and expect to arrest even more people they say helped Estell get out of the detention center.

Deputies say he made an elaborate escape plan with a woman who picked him up from the detention center. How they pulled off that plan, is unknown right now.

But Shana Rains says she had a front row seat viewing of another time Estell escaped at the Garland County Courthouse a couple of months ago.

She said, "People are grabbing after him and nobody can get a hold of him. He got a key and unshackled the shackles off of his feet.

Sheriff's deputies say Estell is considered armed, dangerous, and very aggressive.
