HUGO, Okla. – The OSBI is still on the hunt for a man they said is behind two murders in far southern Oklahoma.
Authorities said 33-year-old Dawaylon “Hog” Rainey may have gunned down two men in Hugo.
OSBI officials said witnesses told them Rainey walked into a Hugo apartment and killed Floyd Devin Clegg and Qualin Hayden.
The OSBI is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the Hugo double murder case.
