Man pronounced dead, comes back to life
COLUMBUS, Ohio- An Ohio man who is pronounced dead shocks doctors and his family when he comes back to life 45 minutes later.
Paramedics were called to the home of 37-year-old Tony Yahle after his wife noticed he wasn’t breathing.
He was rushed to the hospital and his heart stopped beating.
Doctors and nurses worked to stimulate his heart but, thinking they were unsuccessful, they pronounced him dead.
His family was allowed in the room to see him one last time.
His 17-year-old son said, “I pointed at him and said ‘Dad, you’re not going to die today.”
Within moments, his heartbeat came back and he suddenly started showing signs of life.
After five days in a coma and 45 minutes without a heartbeat, Yahle woke up with no recollection of how he cheated death.
The Ohio family says they witnessed nothing short of a miracle.
Tony Yahle says he is perfectly fine today.
