Lion and dachshund, best friends for life
WYNNEWOOD, Okla. — Sometimes it is the most odd of couples that make the best of friends. Take for example a 500 pound lion and an 11 pound dachshund (wiener dog) who are truly BFF’s despite their differences.
Believe it or not these unique friend, Bonedigger the lion and Milo the dog live right here in Oklahoma at GW Exotic Animal Park in Wynnewood where they are inseparable.
They were introduced to each other when they were both very young. Bonedigger has a rare bone disease rendering him mildly disable. Some think that may have contributed to the lion’s reliance on Milo.
