SAINT PETERSBURG, Russia – A controversial painting depicting Russia’s president and prime minister in women’s underwear has been seized from a gallery in Saint Petersburg.

The reason? The painting is illegal, according to the Chicago Tribune.

According to Russian law, it is against the law to insult authorities.
