Construction crew finds woman’s body under McClain County bridge
MCCLAIN COUNTY, Okla. – Authorities said a crew working on the South Canadian River Bridge found a woman’s body Thursday morning.
McClain County lawmen said the body was found under the bridge between Lexington and Purcell at about 7:30 a.m.
Officials have not released the woman’s identity.
Members of the construction crew said the woman could have been in her fifties but authorities have not confirmed the details.
They have not said how the woman died.
