TUTTLE, Okla.- A local animal park is welcoming two adorable new additions to its zoo.
Tiger Safari announced that it has received two white-handed gibbon apes, who are currently on display to the public.
The apes are the only ones on exhibit in Oklahoma and will be highlighted during the park’s 10 year anniversary celebration later this month.
Gibbons are remarkably fast and known to easily suspend in the trees.
If you don’t see them right away, you probably won’t be able to miss their unmistakable calls.
The gibbons make a very loud whooping sound when they are trying to communicate with each other.
