WASHINGTON – The Senate Foreign Relations Committee has approved U.S. military actions in Syria by a 10-7 vote Wednesday.

According to the USA Today, the committee authorized President Barack Obama to use limited military force against the nation after chemical weapon attacks.

That sends the measure to the full chamber for debate next week.
