High school football kicks off in Oklahoma
Thursday night marked the kick-off for the 2013 High School football season in Oklahoma, with several games across the state including some good ones in the metro.
Our top prep reporters, Dylan Buckingham and Nate Feken, covered a “Fab Four” quartet of games in the city area and each had reports during Bob Barry Jr.’s late-night Sportscast after the NFL season opener on News Channel 4.
Don’t forget to catch those “Friday Night Heroes” at 10:20 p.m. each and every Friday during what should be an exciting 2013 season, brought to you by our friends at Church’s Fried Chicken.
Jon Welsh and Bob Moore Chopper 4 will transport Bob Jr. and photojournalist Norris Kyles to Piedmont for their game with Deer Creek and Mustang for their annual I-40 rivalry with Yukon.
