Cowboys and Sooners move up in polls after wins

OKLAHOMA CITY – Both the OSU Cowboys and the OU Sooners moved up in the polls after weekend wins.

The Cowboys beat UTSA at the Alamo Dome moving them to #12 in the AP Poll and #11 in the Coaches Poll.

The Sooners sent home West Virginia in a 16-7 win in Norman.

They are now ranked #14 in the AP Poll and #13 in the Coaches Poll.

OSU (2-0) has their first home game of the season against the Lamar Cardinals (1-1) at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.

OU (2-0) will take on the Tulsa Golden Hurricane (1-1) at home at 11 a.m.
