NORMAN, Okla. – After leaving the field in the second half of the Sooners’ game against West Virginia Saturday, OU head coach Bob Stoops announced that starting quarterback Trevor Knight will be out the next one to two weeks with an injury.

Knight sustained a bruised knee during a run at the end of the first half.

He came back on the field in the third quarter but was replaced by Blake Bell after back-to-back interceptions.

Stoops confirmed that Bell will make his first official start in this weekend’s game against Tulsa.¬†Blake Bell OU Football
