Crews find toddler’s body after he disappeared in Grand Lake
GROVE, Okla. – The body of a 3-year-old who disappeared near Grand River over the weekend has been found.
Officials said Friday afternoon the toddler vanished and his grandparents found his t-shirt and shoes on the bank a short time after.
Authorities said rescue teams found the boy’s body Saturday night in northeastern Oklahoma about a mile down stream from his grandparents’ home.
It is west of Langley in Mayes County between the Pensacola Dam and Lake Hudson.
