Lt. Gov. orders flags at half-staff for Navy shooting victims
OKLAHOMA CITY – Lt. Governor Todd Lamb, as acting governor, has issued an order for all American flags on state property to be flown at half-staff Tuesday.
Flags will be lowered to honor the victims of the Navy yard shooting in Washington Monday.
The flags will be at half-staff until 5 p.m. Friday.
