Officials investigating suspicious overnight house fire in southeast OKC
OKLAHOMA CITY – Crews are investigating a suspicious overnight fire in southeast Oklahoma City Friday.
A neighbor saw the fire and called 911 just before 1 a.m.
When fire crews arrived they said smoke was pouring from the vacant home.
They found a small fire inside the home and were able to put it out in a matter of seconds.
According to the fire chief, the house was vacant and investigators said they believe the fire may have started in a back bedroom.
Right now, crews are calling this fire suspicious and investigators are trying to determine the exact cause.
Authorities said no one was injured in the fire.
