Mark Snyder says that one thing he learned with his dad in the hardware business is simply to "take care of your customers."

He thinks there is a need for storm shelters in schools, but that professionals in the industry should look at costs and report those costs to school officials so that they can make good decisions how best to protect the students and faculty during severe weather.
