OKLAHOMA CITY – Officials are investigating after a letter was opened with white powder inside at the Federal Courthouse downtown.
Authorities have not confirmed who sent the letter or to whom it was addressed.
They have not determined if the power is dangerous or not.
Expect traffic delays and road closures downtown.
