The Mountaineers proved to be too rugged for Oklahoma State to leave Morgantown with a victory. However, it wasn’t as if the Cowboys didn’t have their opportunities.

Offensively, turnovers put the defenses back against the bedrock and ultimately the 22nd ranked defense couldn’t pull the team through.
