Binger-Oney, Asher Take Titles Home

The small school fall baseball season wrapped up from Bricktown Ballpark Saturday afternoon, October 12.

In the Class A title game, Binger-Oney held off a late sixth inning charge from Silo to take home their third state title and first since 1991.

Binger-Oney's hot start proved to be the deciding factor in the game; the Bobcats scored four of their five runs in the first three innings.

In Class B, Asher shutout Leedey 7-0 to take home the schools' 23rd baseball title.

Asher snaps a 15 year drought between titles, the longest the Indians have experienced between championships.
