Gloomy and chilly Wednesday, showers possible in afternoon
The cool, fall weather will continue Wednesday.
It will be gloomy and chilly with highs in the 50s and 60s.
As a weak storm system passes overhead, a few light showers or patchy drizzle will be possible in northwestern and central Oklahoma this afternoon.
Skies will clear overnight resulting in a chilly start Thursday morning in the 30s and 40s.
A front will move through Friday bringing scattered showers late in the day, mainly for western Oklahoma.
Drier air will filter in behind the front resulting in sunny, cool conditions for the weekend.
Temperatures will slowly climb to the 70s by early next week.
