Race for Hope with the Oklahoma Brain Tumor Foundation
OKLAHOMA CITY – Saturday, November 2nd the Oklahoma Brain Tumor Foundation is hosting the 10th Annual Race for Hope at Lake Overholser in Oklahoma City.
In honor of the 10 year anniversary all one mile Memorial walk participants registration is free.
The 5K race and 12K state championship race both registrations are $35 if registering in advance and $40 on race day.
Organizers have activities planned for families including a kid’s carnival, moonwalk, face painting and much, much more.
Chick fil-a will provide free goodies and food.
The race will begin at 9:00 a.m. with early packet pick-up starting at 7:30 a.m.
“Our goal is to have 100 people raise $100 or more to support our programs for brain and child cancer families” said Nancy Thomason, Founder and President.
