The sentencing phase starts Monday for a man convicted in the high-profile murder case of an Oklahoma couple.
The victims in the case were Gary and Linda Haas of Tecumseh.
The retired couple was shot to death three years ago while traveling through New Mexico.
John McCluskey was one of the three escaped prisoners accused of carjacking the couple.
The two other suspects pleaded guilty to lesser charges last year and both claim McCluskey was the trigger man.
Earlier this month the jury found him guilty on all 20 charges against him, including premeditated murder.
That same jury will reconvene Monday to decided whether McCluskey will be sentenced to death or life in prison.
