Oklahoma City man arrested, accused of attacking girlfriend with fork

OKLAHOMA CITY – Police have arrested an Oklahoma City man after his girlfriend said he attacked her with a fork.

Officials said 29-year-old Aaron Derrel Sheets was arguing with his girlfriend after the couple had been drinking Tuesday evening.

According to police, two young boys answered the door when they arrived on the 3100 block of N.W. 12th St. just before 8 p.m.

The police report states Sheets’ girlfriend told officers she went into the bathroom while they were arguing and Sheetz pounded on the door until she opened it.

Officers said the girlfriend told them Sheets stabbed her in the face with a fork when she let him in.

The reports states she and her three children from a previous relationship live there with Sheets.

Sheets had previous warrants out for public intoxication and destruction of property.

He is also now facing charges for domestic assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
