Chicken chain opening new location in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY – A Louisiana-based chicken chain is opening its seventh location in the Sooner State Thursday on Halloween.
Raising Cane’s will open its doors Thursday at a new Uptown locations near N.W. 23rd St. and Penn. Ave.
They will open with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:30 a.m. with food ready for hungry visitors at 10 a.m.
The first 100 paying, dine-in customers will receive a commemorative Oklahoma City Cane’s T-shirt and a voucher for a free Box Combo.
The box will have four fresh, never ever frozen chicken fingers, Texas toast, secret recipe Cane’s sauce, coleslaw, crinkle-cut fries and a drink.
The voucher may be redeemed on a subsequent visit.
Between Oct. 31 and Nov. 7, customers of the nation’s newest Raising Cane’s can also participate in the company’s “Give Back Giveaway” tradition, in which one customer will win a $1,000 donation to his or her local charity of choice, along with Free Cane’s for a Year.
