Slight risk of severe weather Wednesday; Halloween to be mild for trick-or-treaters
As an upper level storm system heads towards Oklahoma a slight risk for severe storms is possible in southwestern Oklahoma later Tuesday and tonight.
Large hail and damaging winds will be possible.
Most of the day will be dry with cloudy skies and breezy south winds in central Oklahoma.
Rain chances today are around 20 percent.
Rain chances go up dramatically Wednesday morning for us in the metro.
Large hail, damaging winds and a few isolated tornadoes will be possible Wednesday afternoon/evening for central and eastern Oklahoma.
Heavy rain is also likely overnight.
Folks in the metro could see 0.5″-1.5″ of rain by Thursday morning.
Halloween will be dry, mild and breezy with temps in the 50s and 60s for trick or treaters!
