Man dies in four-wheeler accident
TAHLEQUAH – According to Oklahoma Highway Patrol, there was a fatal accident involving a four-wheeler and a parked van in Cherokee County Saturday.
Troopers say, A Hulbert man died Saturday after a four-wheeler he was driving struck an unoccupied parked van.
Sometime after 4 p.m., 53-year-old Paul Jennings was driving the four-wheeler on private property northwest of Tahlequah in Cherokee County.
Jennings was driving at a high-speed when the vehicle struck an a parked van, troopers said.
