Edmond residents to participate in landmark cancer study
EDMOND, Okla – Edmond residents, and those in the surrounding communities, have an opportunity to participate in a landmark study that has the potential to change the face of cancer for future generations.
The American Cancer Society is hosting the CPS 3 Study on Sunday, Nov. 17 from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Memorial Road Church of Christ.
Organizers say the study will try to understand the factors that cause or prevent cancer so doctors can eliminate it as a health concern for future generations.
Lesa Foster and Suzy Shoemaker stopped by our studios with more information on the study and how residents can participate.
For more information, visit the study’s website or call (888) 604-5888.
