Quakes shake metro this morning in latest swarm of tremors
OKLAHOMA COUNTY, Okla. – The U.S. Geological Survey is conforming four more earthquakes in the metro early Friday morning and late Thursday night.
The first one happened around 10:50 p.m. last night, a magnitude 2.7 hit about four miles east of The Village.
A magnitude 3.2 quake hit an hour later at 11:50 p.m.
The most recent tremors hit back to back just after midnight Friday morning.
The first was a 2.5 and the second was 2.7 a few miles southeast of Edmond.
