OKLAHOMA CITY - Police say a 30-year-old man is facing multiple charges after allegedly assaulting a woman and stealing her truck with her child inside it.
On Saturday, police say they were flagged down by a woman who claimed her truck was stolen by a man with her 4-year-old child asleep in the backseat.
She told officers that a man washed her windshield at a gas station on N. Martin Luther King Blvd. and asked for a ride.
According to the affidavit, the man allegedly grabbed the woman's breast as she was driving.
She told police she screamed while he kept touching her.
That's when she grabbed her cell phone and told the man she was going to call the police.
According to the police report, the man said, "B****, I'll stab you."
The man allegedly turned sideways and began kicking the woman, forcing her to stop the car.
He kicked her one more time, forcing her out of the truck.
The man slid into the driver's seat and sped off onto Martin Luther King Blvd.
A short time later, officers found the vehicle abandoned with the child still asleep in the backseat.
Police arrested a suspect, 30-year-old Brion Williams, after the victim positively identified him as the one who assaulted her and stole her truck.
Williams is now facing charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, sexual battery, robbery by force, threats of bodily harm and kidnapping.
