Thunder showing support for veterans by helping their families stay healthy
MIDWEST CITY, Okla. – The Oklahoma City Thunder is doing its part to show support for Oklahoma military veterans.
Monday afternoon, five members of the team will be headed to Tinker Air Force Base.
Kevin Durant, Thabo Sefolosha, Steven Adams, Jeremy Lamb and Perry Jones will lead the Thunder Fit Clinic.
The players will perform basketball and fitness drills with the children of military personnel.
A nutritionist from Homeland will also be on hand to give out tips for good eating habits.
