OKLAHOMA CITY – A man who called police for help during a domestic disturbance found himself in handcuffs, facing various charges.

Officers rushed to a home on N.W. 28th St. after a man called 911, saying a woman had hit him in the face and was throwing a candle through his storm door.

When police arrived, 70-year-old Donald Nelson Hulme told authorities that the woman had started attacking him “for no reason.”

Authorities spoke with the woman, who said Hulme had actually attacked her.

She told officers that Hulme became angry when she said she was going out with friends that day.

According to the police affidavit, the victim said Hulme grabbed her by the crotch and said “if she was going to sleep with someone it should be him.”

The victim said she tried to fight him off but he continued to grab her.

That’s when she admitted to hitting him in the face.

She told police that when she tried to leave the house, he put her in a headlock.

Hulme was arrested and charged with violation of domestic abuse and sexual battery.

After being taken to the county jail, officers learned that child pornography was allegedly found on his computer.
