OSU students competing against each other, Baylor student for chance of a lifetime
STILLWATER, Okla. – OSU is facing off with Baylor this weekend in the battle for the Big 12 Conference Title.
However, the competition isn’t just on the field.
OSU students are competing against Baylor students for a big title on game day as well.
Corbyn Wheeler and Katie Parish are both exceptional students, dedicated philanthropists and outstanding ambassadors of their university.
Wheeler said, “I love this school with all my being. I’m so proud of the success they’ve had.”
Parish said, “It’s a great time to be a Cowboy. We are in national prominence in football and basketball.”
This week, these OSU sports media students are engaged in a friendly rivalry.
College GameDay is giving one lucky student backstage passes and a title of “Social Host” for its national broadcast.
Katie and Corbyn are not only going head to head, they are competing against students from Baylor.
The student who receives the most RSVP’S on their Facebook page will get the chance of a lifetime.
Both young ladies would obviously love to represent Oklahoma State on the national stage.
Corbyn said, “I was an OSU fan the minute I was born.”
Katie added, “I just bleed orange now.”
Only one student can win.
While they are competing for “votes”, Corbyn and Katie agree on one thing.
They told us, “Baylor cannot win.”
