The OU men's basketball team improved to 7-1 on the year in front of a free crowd with a 78-56 win over Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

With winter weather moving into the area, OU moved the tip-off of the game from 7 p.m. to 2 p.m., allowed fans to attend for free and sold $1 soft drinks and popcorn.

Buddy Hield led the game with 18 points and has now scored in double figures in every game OU's played this year.

The Sooners next game will be on Sunday at George Mason University in Washington D.C.
