Winter weather still affecting flights at Will Rogers World Airport; Runways open but check flights before going
OKLAHOMA CITY – This winter weather is still causing problems at Will Rogers World Airport.
Officials said the runways are clear in Oklahoma City but the airport is reporting some delays and cancellations from other locations.
The weekend snow and ice affected hundreds of travelers at the airport.
The Dallas-Fort Worth airport only had three runways open over the weekend.
About 450 flights were canceled and close to 2,000 people slept in the airport Saturday night.
All runways are open at Will Rogers but you may still want to check your flights before heading to the airport.
The airport urges everyone to check flights before heading to Will Rogers.
