If you know anyone in need of a winter coat, contact that Salvation Army at (405) 246-1100.

OKLAHOMA CITY – We are kicking off NewsChannel 4′s annual Brad Edwards Warmth 4 Winter coat drive Thursday with an afternoon full of holiday cheer.

Bring a new or gently used coat to Holidazzle at Remington Park Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and enjoy train rides, hot cocoa, pictures with Santa and much more thanks to Paycom.

Brad’s daughter, Ashton Edwards, will be there along with Scott Hines, who is now In Your Corner, and meteorologist Chase Thomason.

So be sure to stop by and say hello.

The coats collected will go to the Salvation Army to keep our fellow Oklahomans warm this winter.

The late Brad Edwards, who was always In Your Corner, was driving to work about 30 years ago when he noticed children walking outside in the freezing cold without coats. holidazzle logo.jpg

From that moment, he started the Brad Edwards Warmth 4 Winter program with the Salvation Army Central Oklahoma Area Command.

The YMCA and the Rotary Club of South Oklahoma City are lending their generosity to the program as well.
