Firefighters put out blaze at S.W. OKC apartment complex
OKLAHOMA CITY – Firefighters were able to put out a blaze at an apartment complex in southwest Oklahoma City just after 10 p.m.
Fire crews were called to the Oak Cliff Apartments, located near S.W. 59th St. and Lee, after one unit caught fire.
Emergency personnel arrived on scene shortly before 10 p.m. Monday night and immediately began evacuating residents.
Crews had to set up an aerial water stream to fight the fire from all angles.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
However, officials had to close down S.W. 59th St. while crews cleaned up the area.
