Sooner Men Get Defensive Against Aggies
The OU men’s basketball team won it’s seventh straight game with a gritty 64-52 win over Texas A&M.
OU’s defense forced the Aggies into making less than a third of their shots attempted and limited A&M to just two three pointers made all game.
The Sooners were paced by freshman Jordan Woodard, who had a game high 20 points.
Lon Kruger’s club committed a season high 22 turnovers but managed to pull away for the win.
The game wrapped up the Big 12-SEC challenge, the Sooners win gave the Big 12 a 7-3 advantage in the series.
OU will next take the court versus Louisiana Tech on December 30 at 7:00 p.m. CT inside the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman.
