ARLINGTON, Texas- While the Sooners were fighting the Crimson Tide in the Sugar Bowl, Cowboy fans patiently waited in the lobby of a Arlington hotel.
Every time someone came down the escalator, the room would erupt into cheers.
Soon, fans would realize that they had to wait a little longer for the team to arrive.
Dozens of fans said they wanted to wish their Cowboys good luck before the big game against Missouri.
One fan even did a little dance waiting in the lobby.
As the team slowly made their way downstairs, the crowd erupted into cheers and chants.
Many of the fans were lucky enough to give a player a high-five and a pat on the back before they moved down the line.
Others braved the cold to wave goodbye one last time before the Cowboys take on the Tigers.
