Teams encouraged to ‘Take the Tower’ with Cotton Bowl win
DALLAS – While many fans will be watching the Cotton Bowl from inside AT&T Stadium, drivers through Dallas will immediately know who won the game after the final seconds tick off the clock Friday night.
The winning team’s logo and colors will take center stage on the iconic Reunion Tower.
In preparation for the big game, the tower split its time between OSU and Missouri on Thursday night.
However, it won’t stay like that for long.
Chris Kleinert, president and CEO of Hunt Realty Investments, said, “The AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic has been a part of the fabric of our region for decades and we at Reunion Tower are excited to begin the tradition of honoring the winner with a special light show.”
For the first time, fans and visitors will have the chance to visit Reunion Tower’s GeO Deck and Cloud Nine.
The 78th AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic will be played on Friday, Jan. 3.
