UPDATE: 100 without power in Yukon, more than 1,000 powerless in Pauls Valley
UPDATE: OG&E crews said they hope to have the power restored soon.
Officials said they still do not know the cause of that outage.
OKLAHOMA CITY – Around 600 homes were without power Sunday night as frigid temperatures hit the state.
Residents in southeast Oklahoma City and Midwest City said their power went out around 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
OG&E spokeswoman Kathleen O’Shea said they do not know what caused the outage.
Crews are trying to diagnose and fix the issue.
O’Shea said they are unsure how long the power will be out for these residents and businesses.
