Get healthy start to New Year with free health screenings from YMCA, OU physicians
Starting this week, YMCA locations across the metro are teaming up with OU physicians to help you get a healthy start to the New Year.
This applies to everyone not just YMCA members.
Participants will be screened for cholesterol and glucose levels, body fat and blood pressure.
Organizers said a physician will be at each location to go over the results and answer any questions.
No appointment necessary.
All screenings will be from 8-10 a.m.:
