Number two is the Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes diet.
Tying for the third place spot were, the Mayo Clinic diet, the Mediterranean diet and Weight Watchers.
Despite being the most searched on google last year, the controversial Paleo diet rounds out the top five.
These rankings are based on safety, effective weight loss, heart health and diabetes prevention.
