Blood pressure issues

A bright, sunny day can do wonders to lift your spirit. But what you may not know, a little sunshine can also reduce your blood pressure, which could then lower the risk of heart attack and stroke.

The British Research sound UVA rays transfer nitric oxide molecules from the skin to circulatory system, and that lowers blood pressure.

So, while too much sun is dangerous and increases the risk for skin cancer, experts say avoiding the sun altogether isn’t good either and may increase risk of Cardiovascular disease.

It’s all about moderation.
