FBI agents searching to alleged Bank of Oklahoma robber
BETHANY, Okla. – FBI agents searching for a man they say robbed a local bank inside a Homeland grocery store on Thursday morning.
Around 10:45 a.m., authorities say a man walked into the Homeland, located at 7101 N.W. 23rd St., and approached the teller counter and said “This is a robbery.”
The suspect flashed what is believed to be a silver handgun. The clerk then complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect was seen leaving the grocery store heading eastbound on foot.
He is described as a white man in his mid 30s, standing 5’7″ to 5’8″ tall, weighing 160 pounds.
He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes.
Witnesses say the man had a red bandana over his face.
