Smart Frustrated With Physical WVU
In a game that had 56 fouls called and six players fouled out, Marcus Smart finished with more fouls than points.
Smart finished with a season low four points in Oklahoma State’s 81-75 win over West Virginia and OSU improved to 8-0 when he scores less than 10 points.
The sophomore did find plenty of ways to impact the game, finishing with five rebounds, four assists and a steal.
Oklahoma State’s Travis Ford and Le’Bryan Nash were aware of how West Virginia’s physical play effected Smart.
The Pokes improved to 16-3 and 4-2 in Big 12 play.
OSU travels to Norman for Bedlam on Monday, January 27, for a 8:00 p.m. CT tipoff.
